Refund policy

At BuyAura, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your parcel immediately after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs or video of the item
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
A brief description of the issue

We may request an unboxing video where necessary to verify the claim. Please keep the product and all packaging until the issue has been resolved.

If the claim is verified, BuyAura will arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund without charging you for return delivery.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product meets all return eligibility requirements. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete products
Opened personal-care, beauty, grooming, or hygiene products
Products missing their original packaging, labels, accessories, or manuals
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Items clearly marked “Final Sale”
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Return Process

To request a return, contact us through the Contact Us page and include your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return approval and instructions from BuyAura. The approved return address will be provided separately. Products sent to a courier, supplier, or any unauthorized address might not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for securely packing eligible change-of-mind returns and using a trackable delivery service.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method where possible. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued through an agreed Pakistani bank account or supported digital wallet after the customer provides the required details.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied by BuyAura.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another mutually agreed solution.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation at any time before your order is fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the return conditions above.
