BuyAura currently delivers across Pakistan.
Delivery availability may vary for some remote areas depending on courier service coverage.
Order Verification and Processing
All orders are subject to verification before processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be confirmed through:
- Phone call
- SMS
- WhatsApp message
Customers must provide an active Pakistani mobile number.
Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled.
Orders are normally processed after successful verification.
Processing time may be affected during:
- Public holidays
- Sales periods
- High order volumes
- Stock verification
- Unforeseen circumstances
Estimated Delivery Time
After order confirmation, delivery normally takes:
3–5 business days across Pakistan.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.
Delays may occur due to:

- Security situations
- Incorrect customer information
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges may apply depending on the order value and promotional offers.

Tracking updates may take some time after dispatch.
If your parcel exceeds the estimated delivery period, please contact BuyAura with your order details.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- Full name
- Active mobile number
- Complete address
- City
- Nearby landmark where required
BuyAura is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Address Changes and Order Cancellation
Address changes or cancellation requests must be submitted before order processing or dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Courier Delivery Attempts
Customers should keep their phone available after dispatch as courier representatives may contact them before delivery.
If delivery fails because:
- Customer is unavailable
- Phone number is unreachable
- Address is incorrect
- Parcel is refused without a valid reason
The parcel may be returned.
Additional delivery charges may apply if reshipping is requested.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in COD restrictions for future purchases.
Split Shipments
If an order contains multiple products, items may arrive separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
Where possible, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability and successful verification.
If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, BuyAura will contact the customer regarding available options.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Parcels
Please inspect your parcel immediately after delivery.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing items
- Incorrect product
Please contact BuyAura within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Packaging photos
- Shipping label photo
Please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Delays Beyond Our Control
BuyAura and courier partners make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.
However, delays may occur due to events beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Courier network issues
- Road closures
- Security situations
- Natural events
