By accessing this website or purchasing from BuyAura, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

BuyAura operates this online store and sells products to customers within Pakistan. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to display and sell our products.

BuyAura is responsible for the products sold through this store and for handling customer orders, support requests, returns, and refunds in accordance with our published policies.

  1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction; or

  • You are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian; and

  • The information you provide is complete, current, and accurate.

  1. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees.

We may change product prices, discounts, shipping charges, or promotions before an order is placed. The price and applicable delivery charges displayed at checkout will apply to that order.

Available payment methods will be shown during checkout. These may include Cash on Delivery and any supported prepaid payment options.

If a product is displayed with an obvious pricing, description, or technical error, we may contact you to confirm the correct information or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch. All orders are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Accurate customer information

  • Successful payment, where applicable

  • Cash on Delivery verification

  • Delivery-area availability

  • Fraud and security checks

We may decline, place on hold, or cancel an order before fulfillment if the product is unavailable, customer information cannot be verified, the delivery location is unsupported, the order appears fraudulent or abusive, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

If an order is cancelled after prepaid payment has been received, we will arrange a refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Cash on Delivery Verification

Cash on Delivery orders may be verified through a telephone call, SMS, or WhatsApp message.

Customers must provide an active Pakistani mobile number and respond to reasonable verification requests. An order that cannot be verified may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled.

Repeated refusal of verified Cash on Delivery parcels without a valid reason, deliberate submission of false information, or repeated failed deliveries may result in Cash on Delivery being restricted for future orders.

  1. Third-Party Suppliers and Fulfillment Partners

BuyAura may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment centers, technology providers, and courier companies to store, prepare, dispatch, track, or deliver products.

As a result:

  • Products in the same order may be dispatched from different locations.

  • An order may arrive in more than one parcel.

  • Packaging may contain supplier or courier information.

  • Tracking updates may be provided by an external courier or fulfillment service.

The use of third-party service providers does not remove BuyAura’s responsibility to assist customers according to our published store policies.

Shopify provides the technology used to operate this website but is not the seller of products purchased from BuyAura and is not responsible for fulfilling customer orders.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. Processing times, estimated delivery periods, tracking information, remote-area restrictions, failed-delivery rules, and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Delays may occur because of stock verification, courier operations, weather, public holidays, road conditions, security restrictions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and keeping their phone available for courier communication.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation or correction before the order is fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed. Any eligible return after delivery will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged, defective, incomplete, missing, or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the required photographs, video, packaging evidence, shipping label, and order information.

Certain items, including opened beauty, grooming, hygiene, customized, used, damaged, incomplete, or clearly marked Final Sale products, may not be eligible for return.

  1. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

  • May be available for a limited period

  • May apply only to selected products or customers

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

You allow BuyAura to store, reproduce, edit for formatting or clarity, and display submitted content for legitimate store, customer-service, and promotional purposes.

We may remove content that violates these Terms. We will not intentionally change the meaning of a genuine customer review.

The BuyAura name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to BuyAura unless otherwise stated.
